Absolutely appalling. I booked double bed room with window .when arrived was told he overbooked .he said he would upgrade me . But gave me room with single beds . No windows tv doesent work no kettle no water no fridge .mould everywhere toilet smelt .i only stopped because arrived late .and was on a boarder run was leavind early morning.

The environment at the corridor must be tidy, the towel in the room need to be prepared before the client checks in, and the reception always must be at the front desk. Anyway this motel needs to improve more .
